I love solving business problems and creating high-quality custom software so I founded TeraTech.I have worked extensively with ColdFusion, SQL and Visual Basic. I have been programming and doing project management for over 35 years. I have both a Bachelors and Masters degree in math from Cambridge and graduated in the top 10% of my year.I also teach Kundalini yoga and energy healing. I love helping people grow and transform. Practicing yoga has helped me succeed in IT because it keeps me calm in the middle of high-pressure projects!I am still learning new programming languages - the latest being Python on a RaspberryPi. Mostly for fun :-)

I first learned FORTRAN on a minicomputer at uni at a numerical analysis course. I used that in my first full time job RIS-2 oil refinery automation project. I also worked on change control and requirements gathering.That was where I learned Oracle SQL on VAX minicomputer too. Having fun debugging really complex SQL joins :-)

I coded a linear programming solving program using the Simplex method coding in BASIC in my first paid summer job.Then the next summer I wrote a biz program in dBase II on a CP/M machine with the luxury of *dual* 8" floppy disks!
