As a director of engineering, managed TECOM R&D startup software development project - carried the project from a proof of concept stage to complete product family and successfull deployments for two major customers (Channel One, VGTRK) in Russia. Alekseev (NSTU). The project, implemented within the Federal Program «Research and development on priority directions of scientific-technological complex of Russia for 2007-2013», was launched at the end of 2011 and successfully completed on December 2013.

My role was Manager of the NetBoss Product Development and QA teams at TECOM. My responsibilities included collaboration with NetBoss Technologies Project/Product Mangement to determine product release goals and schedules. Active support of various Sales Projects. Day to day management of the TECOM team ensuring it’s effective performance.
