Current- Utilizing Grainger’s CRM (Salesforce) to capture metrics and data related to the business daily. - Analyze market data and resources to effectively respond to new developments in the customer’s business. - Oversee support of managed MRO inventory tasks to guide greater understanding of the customer. Increase contacts within the CSG and drive revenue growth. - Understand Grainger’s Value Proposition by providing solutions and services to grow profitable sales. - Develop account penetration strategies to include regular Business Reviews & Account Planning for essential customers to maximize sales growth.
