I'm a seasoned HR & People Operations leader with 10+ years experience building out people capabilities within a growing tech PR agency and two years of experience as an independent HR Consultant. I have led and executed across all aspects of Talent Management and People Operations, but my expertise runs longest and deepest in benefits strategy & management, employee lifecycle, leave management, HR policy, employee handbooks, compliance, payroll & HRIS, employee relations, talent development and coaching. As an accomplished writer, I excel at drafting internal comms, employee education materials and other resources that break down complex HR topics for a non-HR audience.
