It took me years of trial and error to find where my passion lay and I found it with Human Resources. HR is about helping people and that is my true passion. Luckily, I am obsessed with being a go-to person for rules, and regulations, and seeing others succeed. it brings such a genuine job to my heart to take the burden off of other folks, and I always do anything I can to enhance that at work and in life. Many things contribute to the growth of a company and its employees but trust and dependability are something I take pride in. I also live a healthy balance, which you need when you have 3 kids, by supporting my kids in all their activities and helping my husband run our logging business. Our family enjoys the outdoors because when you live in the Black Hills, it is a lifestyle. My core is being the best mom and wife that I can be by sharing our love for God every day!
