Senior Information Technology Officer
CurrentDuties/Responsibilities:• Maintain Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Laptop, Computer Hardware, Software, Network or USB Printer, Scanner, Projectors, and various types of IT Equipment.• Installation and maintenance of IP camera, NVR, and Attendance Devices in Office location.• Support for end users including Microsoft Office 365, LAN management, e-mail such as webmail, MS Outlook, Endpoint security etc.• Collaborated with team to update and maintain Windows & Mac operating systems and installed and configured applications across the organization.• Manage, Implement and Troubleshoot LAN network.• Configure and troubleshoot the Cisco switch & Mikrotik router.• Managing User Queue on Mikrotik.• Providing technical support across the company.• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.• Communication with Service Providers and Suppliers for any Solution, Repair and Warranty support.• Maintenance IT Asset List.
