Key Responsibilities:- Plan weekly allocation/relocation of incoming and current students.- Draft and execute marketing emails for new and existing students, provide necessary information for incoming and returning students. - Liaise with external vendors, hotels, residences and host families to ensure timely allocation of incoming and current students and stakeholder relationship management.- Increase brand presence and grow the EF digital community through social media campaigns and public relations activities.- Perform residence visits to ensure quality control, communicate expectations with stakeholders and feedback to department head.- Respond to online and telephone inquiries and convert leads to clients.- Generate content for social media channels and newsletter.- Assist with on-campus and external public relations activities and orientations.

Key Responsibilities: - Draft and proof read digital content such as post captions, articles, website content and manage LinkedIn profile. - Draft monthly newsletter on behalf of the Student Federation President which has a circulation of 22,000 students. - Assist in public relations activities such as student council meet and greet, Instagram takeovers, virtual open house.- Strategize and execute for multiple digital channels to ensure accurate representation of the services and activities provided by the Seneca Student Federation. - Liaise with internal stakeholders such as student council, Seneca Works, Seneca Academic Pathways, Seneca Marketing Department to produce collaborative content and PR activities. - Monitor ongoing social media trends and curate content linking to SSF's services. - Provide monthly performance report to the manager.

Established in 1987, the Sunway Education Group (SEG) is a renowned name in Malaysian private education and is the largest education-focused social enterprise in Malaysia. SEG is home to 18 institutions and approximately 25,000 students and partners with prestigious institutions like Harvard, Cambridge, University of Berkeley and Lancaster University. During my tenure, I have served the Office of the CEO, Branding and Corporate Communications Department and the Yunus Social Business Centre. Key responsibilities: - Establish and implement strategic communication plans, develop content and creative materials for the Office of the CEO, Branding and Corporate Communications department and Yunus Social Business Center at Sunway Education Group (YSBC@SEG).- Assist in internal and external communications (drafting notes, letters, newsletters, memos, speeches) , presentation slides for the CEO, create and edit proposals, briefing documents, committee papers and other communications for the CEO and YSBC@SEG.- Involved in planning and executing special projects for the Office of the CEO, Branding and Corporate Communications and YSBC@SEG. - Assisted in PR events, Ad-hoc projects and receiving special guests like ambassadors, distinguished professors, government officials and corporate leaders.- Coordinator for the Yunus Social Business Centre at Sunway Education Group. Projects I worked on:- Sunway Education Group's sponsor a school bus: The idea was to give the kids a fun ride to school e very morning as well as making the brand memorable. I worked on the idea of printing life size stickers of Astronaut, Chef, Athlete and much more interesting characters up until their head so when the bus travels and the kids are seated it exhibits in a way that they are these characters. It's no ordinary school bus but a bus which is carrying the future. - Newspaper and magazine ads: Conceptualized and assisted in designing several advertisements Key Responsibilities: Creative concept thinker, create content for advertising & promotional materials, competitor tracking & analysis, copy-writing, assist in campus events and data management.
