The SMS Compliance team serves as a protective force against fraud, abuse, and other violations that might affect the Klaviyo sending environment at large. We research, document, and communicate the latest industry best practices to help educate internal and external customers on the importance of meeting complex carrier requirements.We work to ensure our clients meet and exceed industry-standard compliance requirements across various sending number types and regions to help improve SMS delivery and content strategy for the brands and creator's who rely on Klaviyo to grow their business. • Review and processing of complex short code and number port applications• Identification, research, and documentation to improve internal enablement and current SMS/MMS application and compliance processes.• Research and identification of new regulations• Research and education of SMS delivery concepts • Educating customers on SMS compliance and delivery best practices, sending and content strategies• Field and resolve aggregator compliance issues• Malicious account identification and termination or customer education as necessary• Review customer and prospect sending practices to ensure compliance with Klaviyo AUP as well as carrier regulations
