• Conducting Market Research in 23 cities of Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh by interviewing retailers who deal in fabrics for suiting and shirting through a well-defined questionnaire covering all aspects of Product, Promotion, Price, Schemes etc.• Analysis of the data using Microsoft Excel and depiction of results through different chart and graphs.• Understanding how the fabric industry works, who is the market leader and what it does create an impact amongst customers, find out awareness & understand retailer’s perspective about the brands Donear and Grado and what are the problems related to the sales and distribution of Donear and Grado Fabric.• Understanding the various schemes offered to the retailers by different fabric companies & how do they affect product push and sales, and analyze the relationship of retailers with dealers/distributors and finding where the gaps exist.• Offering the company with alternatives in practices and suggestions to simplify the trade, reach more retailers and generate more brand awareness within the customers and the market in accordance with the insights from the retailers.

• Managing Site Functions, Allocation of labour in different sites and Supervising Construction.• Analyze the drawings provided by CPWD and supervision of construction as per standard drawing.• Managing Site Accounts and Site Inventory.• Conducting Market Survey, Direct negotiations with sellers and suppliers and placing purchase orders for construction materials.
