With over twenty years of experience in engineering leadership, I have developed a passion for solving complex and impactful problems using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. I have led and delivered multiple bootstrap initiatives, with VP/CEO level reporting, on some of the toughest challenges in the organization, such as ML lifecycle management, unified presence, and system integration framework for 5G wireless backhaul.Currently, I am an engineering leader at Paxos, a regulated Trust company that is on a mission to modernize finance by mobilizing assets at the speed of the internet. I am responsible for product engineering, product release, and customer-success, leveraging my expertise in AI/ML and Fintech domains. I am also involved in mentoring and coaching engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and aligning the engineering vision with the company's strategic goals. My ultimate aim is to create value for the customers and the society by enabling a frictionless and inclusive economy.
