VIA Riyadh - Marriott St. Regis Hotel:• Preparing detailed shop drawings based on design and project standards review coordinated with structural, MEP, HVAC, FLS, and related disciplines.• Analysing, identifying, and resolving technical discrepancies with stakeholders.• Monitoring and assisting the engineering team to enhance technical progress.• Reviewing subcontractor's fabrication drawings to ensure conformity with the standards and the project's requirements.• Providing/reviewing method of statements for finishes.• Assisting the operation team on-site by performing QA/QC inspections.• Assisting the project manager.

Ministry of Defence (Rehabilitation, Renovation, and Furnishing):• Reviewing design drawings and specifications to define technical procedures and set scheduled plans.• Coordinating the architectural shop drawings with structural, HVAC, MEP, and related disciplines.• Providing developed detailed drawings for architectural finishes and fit-out.• Analysing, identifying, and resolving technical discrepancies with stakeholders.• Reviewing technical output and developing the quality of the final output.• Monitoring and assisting engineers and draftsmen within the team to enhance technical progress.• Reviewing subcontractor's fabrication drawings to ensure conformity with the standards and the project's requirements.• Getting the architectural finishes approved by the client and/or the consultant/designer.• Providing method of statements for installing finishes.• Finding alternative materials that meet the project's requirements in order to perform VE.• Collaboration with the commercial/contracts department and providing supporting evidence for getting VOs claimed.• Inspecting and assisting project managers and the execution team (QC).• Providing technical expertise for construction and fit-out activities.

Al Yamamah Palace:• Project manager to a private royal project.• Defining project requirements, needed resources, and budget, in addition to managing the vendors to ensure quality within the time.• Monitoring and reporting the daily project progress.Prince Sultan University:• Project architect engineer.• Dedicated to developing and coordinating the architectural drawings.• Supervising the finishing works.

Riyadh Metro Project (BACS):• 11 elevated stations with different designs.• Construction architect engineer.• Technical coordinator with other construction divisions in order to prepare the detailed drawings.• Preparing and issuing the architectural material submittals for approval.• Inspecting and monitoring finishing works at the site (QC).

Prince Mishal Palace:• A contract of 180 million SR.• Project architect engineer for a private royal project.• Dedicated to developing, coordinating and issuing construction shop drawings and getting the architectural materials approved as well.

NEOM:• Project architect engineer for a royal rush mega project in Sharma.• More than 80 buildings with three different categories, functions, designs and finishes.• Assigned to get the architectural materials and shop drawings approved.• Site engineer, coordinating and following up site progress.

Riyadh Metro Project (BACS):• LEED project, a contract value of 350 million SR.• Project architect engineer for three Park and Ride Stations (BACS).• High level of detail and coordination with all related disciplines (BIM).

Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC Project):• A contract of 700 million SR for 44 pre-cast buildings for Ministry of Education.• Team leader for the architectural department.• Technical coordinator engineer with other trades (structural, survey, HVAC, mechanical, electrical & plumbing).
