Monitor, lead and manage a team of Project Engineers with consultant's assistance in the implementation of various projects from initiating phase to closing. This included but not limited to, preparation of projects specifications, tendering, bid evaluation, contract awarding, and implementation, commissioning and close out. 3G Project Manager• Coordinate with Civil Contractors to assure the site readiness.• Implementation of 3G New sites both Macro and in-building. Ericsson Equipments.• Co-ordinate work between STC departments and Vendor to have the needed requirements within short time. (RFD,CWO,MPLS,SAF)• Support for technical issues and troubleshooting.• delivers channel enhancement upgrade from 128 to 256,384 & 512• Worked on Expansion Upgrades for sites to provide the 2nd Carrier and hi speeds from 7.2 to 42 Mbps.• Provide all project reports to measure the project progress. • Walking the extra Mile to achieve the High Management Expectations.• Projects Completed under Me (3G4 – 3G5) 3G6 Ongoing.

The projects completed under me as follows: Managed IP VPN Network for MOE: Deployment and installation of IP VPN circuits to the Ministry of Education with Managed routers and Internal wiring for 91 Sites.  Managed IP VPN Network for MOL: Deployment and installation of IP VPN circuits to the Ministry of Labor with Managed routers and Internal wiring for 79 Sites. ARAMCO Migration: Migration for ARAMCO old circuits to new IP VPN circuits for 19 circuits.

The projects completed under me : NGN: Deployment of soft switches and media gateways across the STC network under the major project in Saudi Telecom Company (Next generation Networks).Huawei equipments ($37 millions). (Completed) Switch Upgrade: Enhancement of Switches with software upgrades and hardware expansion to faithful operation and marketing requirements. Siemens and Lucent Switches ($30 millions) (Completed within time and budget). Intelligent Network: Installing a set of soft switches and servers to support the prepaid service and other new features on the IN network like Number Change Notification, Auto Collect, Split Charging, and more. Huawei equipments ($12 millions) (Completed within time and budget). Switch terminations: Installing a switch terminations to support the MSAN and RAN projects across the kingdom. ($10 millions) Lucent equipments (Completed within time and budget). WiMax: Installing WiMax base stations to cove Major Cities and deliver customer CPEs. Lucent equipments ($15 millions) (Completed within time and budget).
