• Leading, and executing regulatory and product stewardship activities to enable the business to meet its growth initiatives including protecting and growing existing product businesses and supporting new product, technology and market commercialization programs and activities for India, Vietnam, Thailand, and Philippines.• Global SME for battery safety for supporting divisions during NPI phase to determine applicable battery standards and regulations required to comply for product sold globally. • Register regulated product to government authority.• Driving EPR compliance for 3M India and 3M Vietnam. • Collaborating with cross-functional global teams to lead and execute global regulatory compliance, product stewardship and risk management activities for existing and new products and regulations.• Identifying, assessing, and communicating product safety and compliance risks through leading and executing life cycle management (LCM), participating in product risk assessments, and providing guidance and direction for business and commercialization management processes such as User Instructions, Product Label artwork review and input.• Advocacy efforts with Government affairs (GA) team as well as with Industry /trade association on draft standards / regulations representation with ministries/regulatory bodies. • Engagement with Regulatory consultant for regulatory updates & Legal team for Law interpretation • Navigating compliance changes & Products safety testing through Conformity test labs • Educating cross functional teams with regular training programs on local regulatory & compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:• Leading a team to support projects in Automotive & Aftermarket division as supervisor.• Design application mechanisms & automation systems for Automotive business.• Design & Development of Jigs/Fixtures & Mechanical systems for Paint replacement films and engineering products.• Concept design, Machine design and Prototype development.• To obtain Prototype approvals and tooled up sample approvals during Product development.• Interface with product marketing group for development of new systems.• Vendor selection and management for bought out items for developmental systems.• Assigning and delegating work to reportees for the design and development process

Responsible for techno-commercial closing of Products which includes 3D Printer, Reverse Engineering scanners, CNC Machines and CAD/CAM software’s. Provided technical support and training for the machines which includes the installation of the machines

Responsible for design and development using CAD/CAM software for NPI, some of the projects includes Interior & Exterior coach design of city bus, chocolate fountain machine, disposable egg trays. Also responsible for Reverse engineering to convert 3D cloud data using 3D Scanners as well as Prototyping, Bio- modeling and Tool design
