Compliance Specialist
Current● Data Analysis - Identify, research, and assess areas of risk within the regulatory compliance environment and make recommendations for improvements to existing documentation, communication, policies, procedures, or practices as necessary. ● Monitor developments in the regulatory environment, analyze the impact of developments on new and existing customer documents and communications, programs, practices, and communicate assessment of the impact to management and affected employees as necessary.● Create daily reports from in-house data to analyze and process daily reports to weed out duplicates and upload new vendors into the vendor management systems, about 2500 quarterly.● Assist in the development and administration of training material and standard operating procedures related to customer communications. Ensuring customer communications are updated in accordance with applicable legal requirements and company goals.● Monthly Data Report using data to produce monthly reports for national partners encompassing over 2900 locations nationwide. Monthly reports include but are not limited to: paid and denied claims, severity report, cycle time, case data, survey score, and comparative data.● Support internal business groups to ensure customer communications and related processes are in compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve, enhance, or innovate the customer experience and business success through streamlined communication content. ● Maintain compliance standards for partners to protect the company and hold vendors accountable to standard policies by ensuring appropriate service level agreements based on contracts, comparing supportive documentation for accurate information and Regulatory Knowledge and General Data Protection Regulation.
