CurrentAnalyze digital data and uncover actionable insights to inform digital strategies, social content, and campaigns. Share insights with Digital Strategists and agency team members. Collaborate with Digital Strategists to understand brand’s digital objectives and provide recommendations for key performance indicators. Utilize data mining, analysis and reporting tools such as Facebook Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Twitter Insights, Iconosquare, Keynote, Tableau, Evolve 24, etc. to prepare periodic, project, and campaign reports for digital initiatives. Pioneered initiative to define Digital Insights Manager roles and responsibilities, and presented to leadership team.Stay up to date on best practices for key social / digital channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Prepare and present analytics reports to brand clients. Utilize project management skills to oversee digital content creation process: develop creative brief, lead brainstorm sessions, develop and manage timelines, oversee approval process, coordinate implementation, and measure campaign results. Promoted from Content and Community Manager to Digital Insights Manager.
