Demonstrated success in benefit renewal negotiating, developing training programs, conflict resolution, policy administration, corporate policies, management of administrative departments, job descriptions and management reports. My strengths are conflict resolution and problem solving. I truly enjoy getting to the root of an issue and creatively solving the matter or concern that is agreeable to all parties.
