As a dedicated and enthusiastic college student with a passion for education and history, I recently graduated from El Camino College with honors, earning two Associate of Arts degrees—one in History and another in General Studies. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in History at UCLA as a junior-level transfer student.My professional journey includes valuable experience in customer service, education, and in-home care services. I currently work part-time at Old Navy as a Sales Associate, where I’ve honed my communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.Additionally, I serve as a Teacher’s Assistant at Masjid Fatimah Az Zahra Islamic School, where I work closely with students, combining my passion for education with Islamic teachings and values.Outside of work and academics, I am the CEO & Founder of Remote Tutoring, an online, Zoom-based tutoring service that I founded to alleviate the educational and academic barriers students faced during the peak of Covid-19. We provided personalized tutoring sessions to help students thrive in their studies and adapt to remote learning challenges.My ultimate goal is to earn a PhD and become a History Professor. I am passionate about contributing to higher education and actively seek opportunities for professional growth in the academic field. With my diverse background and dedication to education, I am prepared to make a meaningful impact in any role.
