Mgmtmaxz determined optimal pricing decisions based on a broad range of parameters, including seasonality, price-elasticity, and inventory position •Merchandising analytics: Developed a data analytics product for merchandisers to intelligently manage on-site merchandising. Category analytics enabled merchants to gain insight and act on traffic and conversion patterns, new vs. repeat customer segments, and marketing channel performance. • Business Development: Negotiated and executed strategic partnership with key brand to acquire and drive high LTV shopper traffic. Project involved understanding buyer LTV vs. CAC, defining product design (UI/UX) to maximize shopper conversion, and deal-structuring

AIESEC, as you may be knowing, is the largest youth run organization in the world.It basically provides 4 major products. IGT (previously known as iGIP) is one of them.Simply speaking, its a department/product of AIESEC which is intended to raise opportunities for foreign interns to get a paid internship in the host city where AIESEC is operating. These internships are basically in teaching, IT, management, entrepreneurship, HR, marketing. The members of this dept. has to meet corporates for partnership and then if its successful find suitable candidates for internship in their company/firm/school.
