My most recent sales and marketing and project management position prior to Eden Labs, is underscored by experience and success for 15 years in large, planned site, developments. From these projects, I developed a love of multi-faceted management, dealing with and understanding, the developers needs, coordinating with the builder, the construction team on site, marketing team, sales staff, buyers, designers, trends, customer service, etc. At The Highlands, which was a ground breaking, multi-award winning, Built Green project that utilized nationally and internationally acclaimed architects and builders, to create custom, Built Green, luxury homes, I was privileged to be the site manager and sales liaison with the developer, Port Blakely Communities, 8 nationally and internationally known architects, 6 builders, my sales staff, our clients, the advertising firm (Fusion Partners) and a marketing company to provide high end customer service to assist each client in building a custom home within the strict guidelines of this groundbreaking (pun intended) green built community.
