I am a seasoned HR professional, with over 15 years international experience as HR Manager&HR Business Partner within global companies such as Marks&Spencer (Retail), Motorola (Semiconductors&Telecom Industry), Belkin (Computer). At Rockwell Automation (Automation Industry) I started as HR Manager France, held various positions, and more recently was appointed HRBP Sales&Marketing for EMEA Region and currently support our Sales transformation project. I held a degree from ESC Clermont Graduate School of Management, with a major in Marketing&Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas (Lawrence ( KS) - USA). I started my career in the UK, then relocated to various cities in France including Lyon, Lille, Toulouse and am now based in Paris area.Through my various experiences as HR Manager& HRBP, I have dealt with benefits, compensation, employee relations, staffing, training with a dedicated focus and interest on leadership development, career succession, talent management and diversity, organisation transformation and expansion.
