Define and implement the Employees Relations Management System within the Group to ensure Group's cohesion and untroubled social climate : coordination of social relations process within the 26 French sites, administration of Social Relation job family (developmet, training, prospective analysis..)Carry out a permanent dialogue with employee’s representatives in order to work out contractual policy in accordance with Group's transformation : coordination of concertations for France (anual leaves, wage increases), preparation of cases and projects of transformation for national labor workers' representative bodies.
