I have been surrounded by sports ever since I was young which has led me to be current position of playing softball at UC Berkeley. My athletic journey has taught me tremendous amounts of skills that will be beneficial in the working world. From my time at the collegiate level, I have become a leader which made me discover how much I enjoy helping my teammates, taking initiative and communicating. Furthermore, I am drawn to the medical field because I am determined to provide care and support for other individuals who are vulnerable state and be the individual they turn to in the midst of uncertainty.
