I am a licensed speech pathologist in the state of Texas and an active member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. I have 4 years experience in evaluation and treatment of both adult and pediatric populations. My work as a consultant in the International school community in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam has given me insight into the need of further development in speech and language disorders abroad. I gained confidence in my profession by providing educational workshops and informing interested members of the community of communication disorders and the need for treatment. In addition, through the Trinh Foundation, I volunteered as a clinical supervisor to counsel Vietnamese professionals interested in pursuing training in speech-language pathology. After moving back to the United States, I worked as a supplemental speech pathologist in an outpatient clinical setting, assessing and treating adult and pediatric populations. I am an outgoing, flexible and positive person who enjoys a rapid moving and mentally challenging work environment. I'm very interested in an in-patient rehabilitation or hospital setting.
