I am completing my doctoral internship at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Mental Health Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. My work focuses on addressing serious and persistent mental illness through trauma-informed interventions within a department of mental health (DMH) population.

The purpose of the Council of University Directors of Clinical Psychology (“CUDCP”) is to promote the advancement of graduate education within the field of clinical psychology. Consistent with this purpose, CUDCP member programs shall strive to train future clinical psychologists who promote human welfare, the growth of psychological science, and the professional practice of psychology. CUDCP espouses graduate education that produces a clinical psychologist capable of functioning as a scientific investigator and as a practitioner, and may function as either or both, consistent with the highest standards of clinical psychology. In this position, participate monthly board meetings and provide perspectives as a consumer of graduate education.

I worked as a practicum student on the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP) and provide evidence-based individual and group therapy services for Veterans.

I provided evidence-based group and individual psychotherapy services at Mississippi State Hospital for patients on the Substance Use Services and Continued Treatment Service rotations. Mississippi State Hospital is an inpatient psychiatric hospital and is a publicly funded behavioral health program of Mississippi Department of Mental Health.
