Global Disciples exists to train leaders living near least-reached communities to multiply disciples. We have a simple but effective strategy of training and coaching to equip clusters of churches to reach their own and nearby peoples. As North America President, my role is to increase the awareness and support of our mission across this continent, lead the Global HR Council, serve on the Executive team and foster an organizational culture that reflects our vision, mission and core values.

Continue to assist the Business program at LBC by teaching an evening course as needed. Currently lined up to teach Ethics in online Master's / MBA program in the Fall 2023 semester.

Joined the Business Administration faculty to teach business courses to undergraduate students at LBC. Taught the following courses: Introduction to Business, Business Workshop, Information Systems for Business, Leadership, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics. I also advised approximately 30 students each semester.

Taught Human Resources Management class in Business Administration program.

Outside director on company's board, formed as part of the company's move to an ESOP company.

* Active member of the company’s senior leadership team, participating in strategic planning for the organization and providing support to the President / Co-owner and the Board of Directors.* Managed the company's health insurance offerings, including the implementation of an on-site medical clinic for employees and their families.* Oversaw Talent Management efforts, including ‘Brubacher University’ – the company’s internal training and development program, the Leadership Development Program, and succession planning.* Responsible for Talent Acquisition activities. Worked closely with HR Manager and key business leaders to develop hiring strategies and action plans, as well as strategies and plan necessary for the retention of core employees.* Advocate for wellness. Lead the company away from an activities-based plan and developed an outcomes-based plan; coached senior leadership team members through their role in supporting and encouraging healthy behavior.* Design, monitor and administer the annual performance management and merit planning processes. Successfully revamped the processes, establishing clearer roles and responsibilities for participants and streamlining evaluation forms to match expectations of company leaders.* Responsible to ensure the delivery of the following, traditional HR activities by the HR department: employee relations; compensation programs; recruitment, new employee orientation, policy and procedure revisions and administration, including the company handbook; compliance with Federal laws and regulations; employee discipline and termination decisions; unemployment compensation and worker’s compensation.

** High Company LLC provides financial, marketing, human resource and information services to Lancaster-based High Industries Inc. and High Real Estate Group LLC.** High Real Estate Group LLC provides development, brokerage, property management and tenant care services, architecture and construction services, appraisal services, hospitality services, and real estate investment opportunities.

Provide HR services to High Company LLC and High Real Estate Group LLC affiliates, specifically High Hotels Ltd., High Construction Company and High Associates Ltd.

Taught Principles of Management course in the evenings for the Spring 2012 semester.
