Acted as the Finance prime during the entire cycle of an ERP implementation project, including initial vendor selection through RFP process, solution requirement development, solution build, system testing (including user acceptance testing) and end user training. Was hands-on participant in the build, working with the vendor and other teams to create solutions that met the goals of all stakeholders. After system launch, worked with Finance staff to troubleshoot transactional and process related issues, and provided front line support for clients.
