Working in an open environment of a small travel business where everybody does everything and shares their own experience brings knowledge and much more experience to teams and individual workers. Since the opening, I have been in charge of financial and tax accounting, commercial management, advertisingcreativity, travel planning, group travel reservations andthe organization, budget control, cold calls, market analyst, travel insurance management, meetings with clients, control and banktransfers, problem-solving, hotel contracts.

After a few years of experience with the travel industry such as group travel coordinator, tailor-made trips, hotel contracts, budgeting, cold calls, group travel emergencies, know-how and much more some experts and me came across with the idea to offer same trips as tour operators does but a lower cost, better quality and better service. Working in a multilingual team based in Prague with main offices in London our team was in charge of all group travel reservations for Iberia, we worked closely in order to provide to our clients (Tour Operators) in APAC best services and quality at low rates. In addition to daily group reservations tasks such as travel planning, budget control, refunds, Skype meetings with APAC market, confidential information I also was in charge of the most demanded areas of Spain, Catalonia and Balearic Islands.

I founded VidaMovida as a Travel community-blog-website, then started to grow getting petitions fromtravelers about information and Hotels, the platform ended up as a tailor-made trip and information for travelers as me doing the intermediate with travel agencies. At the end of 2017 it was sold to “El CorteIngles”, one of the biggest companies in Spain founded more than 100 years ago.

Working at front and back desk at Eurostars Thalia 5* with tasks as greeting VIP guests, front desk tasks, control and bank transfers, extranets such as CRM, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotusa and others. Also dealing with overbooking, group requests, group arrivals and departuresand problema solving, supervise and train internationalinterns during their stay.
