Aftersales Manager leading the EETH (Electronic/Electrical/Thermal) perimeter and SAT Member (Synergy Acceleration Team) leading Aftersales Team in Stellantis towards synergies achievement.

Responsible for sourcing develop and supplying goods in accordance with the Global sourcing strategies and target settings. Global lead on sourcing parts for future projects based on Europe design lead (Home room) and single point contact in Europe.Lead the whole process from setting allowable cost and targets till vehicle launch.Full involvement on multidisciplinary and cross-regionally activities in-house and at supplier.Reporting and preparing top management summaries and Data packs.Good experience on alliance/merger situations with other OEM’s.Conduct technical reviews and workshops to achieve material performance targets.Develop suppliers to consolidate a solid and aligned supplier base.

Responsible for the Body Shop production and maintenance departments’ management. Production strategies establishment depending on the daily/weekly planning and needs. Establishment, follow-up and execution of the Area’s goals (BPD). Daily reporting to the Unit Plant Manager/Director.

KPI analysis and optimization for the Plant maintenance. New maintenance strategies development, coordination and execution, rolling-out trainings to the different company levels assuring accurately implementation on the floor. External maintenance suppliers’ management to out-source non-core Plant activities.

Responsible for the production and maintenance department management. New Programs launch responsible in Body Shop area depending directly on launch Plant Manager.KPI analysis and optimization for the department to achieve Body Plant goals. Follow up and resolution of manufacturing process issues, applying Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
