With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping clients overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. As an EMDR Clinician at Robinson Counseling and Wellness, I provide evidence-based therapy to adults using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique that helps clients process and heal from traumatic memories. I also work as a Bilingual Clinician at Children’s Charter-Division of Key Program, where I offer psychotherapy and advocacy to individuals and families who have experienced abuse, neglect, or violence. I am fluent in Spanish and English, I have a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC). My core competencies include mental health assessment, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and multicultural counseling.I bring curiosity, humor, and a collaborative approach to every interaction I have with my clients and colleagues. I value cultural humility, diversity, recognize the importance of a genuine connection in the therapeutic relationship, and consider it an honor to “walk” alongside people’s journey toward healing. I enjoy spending time with my family, eating tasty food, and taking naps when the opportunity arises.
