Setting up a small team to develop data products (Exi, Data Workplace, Global learning analytics, Workspace one). Implementation of an agile culture based on the Accelerate fundamentals, with particular attention paid to developing strong collaboration (the team works essentially in Ensemble Programming), with careful attention paid to decoupling components within the architectures deployed, and implementation of continuous delivery. In the team's values, emphasis has been placed on working closely with the PO/PL business line. To develop the team's autonomy, a one-hour daily learning slot (One Hour Learning) has been set up. This learning time is structured in the form of an Ensemble Programming workshop, with subjects proposed by the team. This enabled the team to familiarise themselves with all the concepts of continuous integration and continuous deployment. The team was also able to acquire knowledge of Clean Code, Test Driven Development, certain Design patterns and implement the hexagonal architecture (port/adapter) within its products.
