Program Manager for an SAP based Business Transformation project of Ferrero Group Industrial Operations (21 plants, 1,000,000 tons of total production) aimed to define a SAP based business process template to be rolled-out on all Ferrero Group plants (today successfully implemented in all Ferrero plants worldwide): • Redesign of Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Distribution and Industrial Controlling processes working with Ferrero Group Process Owners.• Template definition in SAP (R/3, APO, BW).• Directed 1st template implementation project in Ferrero Ardennes, a plant with a yearly production of 30,000 tons of Raffaello, Kinder Surprise & Kinder Schoko-Bons.
