Manage projects across South Texas related to Fiber DIA and Fiber LIT services for Data Centers, Cell Site, and Enterprise customers. Plan project resources based on contract related to budget, supply chain, and vendor management. Collaborate with service partners supporting the Engineering, Permitting, and OSP Construction. Attend all meetings necessary for TXDOT, CPS, City, Municipality, or other Utility collaborations. Build any necessary documentation to support tracking and progress including KMZs, Budget Tracking Sheets, and weekly notes.

Manage a department supporting implementation of Hybrid-Fiber Coax and Fiber construction projects related to: Greenfield (new development) Brownfield (existing development), Commercial (Local & Enterprise), MDU, Distributed and Centralized Managed Wi-Fi Solutions. Additional responsibilities included leading team members supporting: Relocation Projects due to city or other entity development, Plant Maintenance and Repair, Pole Transfers. Coordination with Engineering firms, Vendor Management, City Officials, Various Utilities, Developers and Builders. Accomplished with high level of competency and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards meeting Service Level Agreements.

Manage a team of 80+ reports, including 6 Field Operations Supervisors.  Maintain successful performance as it pertains to departmental metric goals.  Support in creation and development of goal-oriented plans to drive development among Field Technicians and Supervisors. Work inter-departmentally with Field Engineering, Regional Service Center, Learning & Development to identify new and improved methods to exceed all goals.

Manage high escalation requests derived from: Office of the President, High Profile Accounts, Federal Communications Commission, Better Business Bureau, Special Project Teams, Media and Public Relations. Manage a team of highly skilled technicians supporting San Antonio and its surrounding areas. Work in conjunction with various departments to provide the best customer experience. Train technicians to be utilized as mentors and to provide training to our supporting departments in areas such as: preventative maintenance, infrastructure technologies, WLAN networks, Fiber-To-The-Home technologies, Hub testing, advanced HSD properties, and high-stress environment communicating.

Mentor Field Technicians and develop into proficient and successful service/install technicians. Develop trainings such as Fiber-To-The-Home, Advanced Network Troubleshooting, Hybrid-Fiber Plant Maintenance. Organize plans and follow through with Bulk/MDU projects including but not limited to: bulk analog, digital, HSD, and specialized channel insertion solutions. Work with Senior Technicians to maintain Fiber-Ethernet switches, Metro-Ethernet solutions, and monitoring solutions for MDUs.

Perform all duties related to Hybrid-Fiber cable plant including maintaining, resolving demand work in relation to outages, Service Technician referrals, and Supervisor/ Manager concerns. Provide preventative maintenance including tracing noise effecting customer HSD services, locating faults/cracks in plant coax hindering overall performance. Perform FCC regulated testing of cable spectrum and cumulative leakage index scores. Understanding and utilizing tools such as Volt Ohm meter, Signal Level Meter, Spectrum Analyzer, and Cumulative Leakage Index equipment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform all duties of installer such as connections and disconnections of Video, High Speed Data, and Digital Phone. Additionally, perform service calls on all services provided. Trained in “Signature Home” (VIP customer service) and “Intelligent Home” (home security installation
