I have previous leadership experience as a Store Manager and Franchisee Owner. I am multilingual in Spanish, English and Italian. My years of experience has rounded my skill set out in the areas of team management, brand awareness, sale target expectations, warehouse operations and product distribution, budget maintenance and analysis, vendor relations, import and export of products, delegation of tasks to junior employees, recruitment, training, payroll, employee relations, day to day business administration along with having overall high customer service standards. I have recently decided to make a career change where I can use my business admin and sales techniques to expand the creative side of myself. I am currently enrolled in a Hair Styling/Barbering program and am expected to finish June 2021. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life and what doors it will open.
