As a senior director of public relations, I supervise key accounts and ensure Gambel team members have the resources to deliver strategic public relations services that meet the highest standards of the industry on time and on budget. My role is additionally focused on social media strategy and the systems, programs and applications that enable our client services team to do what we do (“our craft”)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Manages key client accounts, ensuring strategic direction and goal achievement, utilizing client services team members Plans and directs PR programs to create and maintain a favorable public image for clients  Maintains and grows existing client accounts including direct client service as well as guiding peers Acts as a thought leader, continuously helping to clarify clients’ goals and budgets Mentors and coaches client services agency staff Partners with executive- and director-level staff to optimize client services Builds relationships in the community on behalf of the firm Leads with integrity; create and maintain a trusting, inclusive work environment Creates and maintains social media services for Gambel and its clients and manages the summer internship program

Lead MDA team by spearheading corporate partnerships, development programs, special events, marketing, public relations and strategic planning to raise awareness about MDA’s mission and services; increased revenue by 5-12% annually through business development, maintaining relationships and reducing expenses.

Responsible for development of engaging communication and marketing material for New Orleans’ charter school network and individual school locations; built social media platforms for network increasing awareness and enrollment.

Directed game production and entertainment including corporate partner activation; oversaw community relations including brand awareness and public appearances; collaborated on yearly marketing plans and execution.
