Over the last decade, I have spent much of my time actively exploring the relationship between teaching and learning as an educator and instructional designer. As I move forward in this field, my aim is to use my passions for gamification, differentiated instruction, and active learning to help students of all ages grow into successful, socially responsible, and engaged life-long learners.I try to stay engaged with the community and engaged intellectually, so when I am not working, I’m usually reading, traveling, volunteering with people who have special needs, practicing yoga, or playing video games.
