Recruiting
Current- Manage recruiting process for non-profit in homeless services sector (social services, clinical, and administrative vacancies)- Build, develop and maintain client relationships at 30+ sites- Negotiate contracts with temp agencies- Facilitate ATS and effective recruiting training sessions- Source and recruit candidates for hard-to-fill roles including Clinicians, C-suite level employees, Admin, Case Managers, Paralegals, Employment Specialists, Housing Specialists, and Social Workers - Facilitate Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Strategy meetings with SVPs, VPs, and Executive Directors- Conduct virtual interviews and hiring/recruiting events- Schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers- Run social media accounts and campaigns to source high quality candidates- Develop sourcing strategies and roll out implementation- Complete hiring process (drug/background check, credentialing, HR forms, etc.) - Track applicants using ATS ClearCompany and Dayforce- Utilize ADP/Ceridian and Predictive Index Assessment systems
