Evaluate the risk potential of integrating third-party firms' into the client’s operations. Conversely build responses and complete Client-requested corporate risk reviews of company operations. • Managed international and federal government-level consulting security assessments (both architectural and technical), new technology research, and methodology development efforts. • Negotiated and established large-scale federal government R&D and services contracts/statement of works, partner, third-party services, subcontracting, and staffing partnerships with numerous complementary and/or supporting firms.
