I lead a communications and donor relations team that manages multimedia fundraising, stewardship, engagement, and campaign communications and initiatives to support the university’s goals- Produce capital campaign materials, including case for support, messaging, pitch books, prospect strategies, and donor proposals- Create and execute stewardship.

As editor in chief of Regis Today, I lead a magazine team that consists of a managing editor, contributing editor, designer, and writers and photographers. The Regis Today team publishes the alumni magazine twice per year.

I create and implement a communications strategy for institutional advancement and oversee the production of multimedia communications related to the capital campaign, annual and planned giving, alumni and donor engagement, and stewardship.

- Produced all print and electronic communications for development and alumni relations- Primary liaison to external firms and campaign leadership to develop campaign brand identity, theme, and messaging guides; wrote, edited, and produced campaign materials- Designed and produced direct mail appeals, president’s appeal letters, e-solicitations, event.

- Managed communications including the direct mail fundraising program, event marketing, writing and editing for Regis Today, and social media content creation- Supervised the Alumni Relations Associate, a full-time direct report who managed the student phonathon program and assisted in alumni events and engagement- Directed full-time student phonathon.

Assisted in a research lab testing theories surrounding the implications of prejudice and race in our society.
