I always had a pioneering spirit that brought me to explore innovative technologies well before their maturity. From the first days of personal computing in the 80s coding applications in assembler on an Apple ][, in the 90s leading the project for the first Italian Internet portal (Jumpy.it) and few years later the first video on demand portal in Europe running on dark fiber (eBismediaTV an ancestor of Netflix…).I’m at my best when working with my teams to achieve great things. My mission is to build teams that are poised to orchestrate and execute transformative strategies for our customers.I have tremendous respect for those who can sell new business consistently and creatively.As a customer-obsessed, technology executive, my ambition is to accomplish things people say can’t be done. I gravitate towards difficult challenges and am at my best when working deeply with customers to solve their most challenging problems. I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career as Managing Director in a global SI company, board member of SMBs, SVP of a Software company. I feel a deep sense of gratitude for all the individuals that helped me to successfully scale up business, sometimes from the ground.
