Overseeing a team of approx 30 tradesmen I was also responsible for the day to day customer contact and after sales service.Was responsible for the overall outcome of all contracts and management of any bad debts.After 18 months bad debt was at an all time low and for the last three months of my employment costumer satisfaction was at 100% every month

Started of here as one of the joiners but ended up as the most experienced fitter the company had ,took on extra responsibilities and helped to advise the other joiners on best practice
