Besides being something easy on the eyes for the people in the office to look at, I'm also in charge of all the windows database development for the T.O.P. Because I am the only Windows base database person in the office. I work with 3 others that are Mainframe programmers that export there data. I then take the data and put it in a database and uses office automation to make the data readable and pretty. I also create user friendly forms that help the others in the office with there work. So I create custom imports, complex queries, stylish forms, and help with any other windows problems that come up.One of the things I started when I first got there was implement version controls on all databases. I created it in MS Access so everyone can have access to it. When one of use find a problem, we put it in the database and it is to be do. Once I fixed the problem, the person who filed the problem can check if it is fixed. Then one of the uppers checks it and if it is working then they sign off on it.Since being there I have made major changes all over the place. The more work they give me, the happier I am.

Responsibilities Help with daily operations. Maintain all the servers and websites. Advise other management on problem solving. Accomplishments Getting the customers wants and needs then working with the programmers to get the project done. Responsibilities Handling multiple projects. No project was to small or to big. Juggling website development, database development and software development. Biggest project was the 1.2 billion dollar Arbitration / Litigation case. Pulling everything together from desktops, networking, courtrooms set-up, doing all the programming at the same time. Managed the network engineer, cable installers, hardware director for all the equipment, and also the clients that needed various things at various times.
