From the beginning of February ‘21, I’ve been working with Impactional as the Director of Copywriting first, then as the Director of Marketing since June ‘23. I’ve been so honored to have led a team of 6-7 members in every term of 6 months each. My duties range from getting to know the team members, working on their strengths and alloying them their tasks likewise, working with upping the parts they aren’t sure they’re skilled enough in. Apart from boosting the team morales, I along with my co directors - collaborate with other division in Impactional to create content and come up with new ideas that highlight the work of the youth of today’s generation in several environmental, socio political and humanitarian aspects. Reaching out to inspirational youth and taking their interviews, along with my team members and creating a beautiful aspect of the work they’re doing, along with sharing cultural happenings and traditions on posts and basically idea management and processes as a part of my job profile we’re prevalent. Running Instagram of Impactional as well as growing other social media engagements on different platforms was also important. I am learning so much from this exposure, intercultural connections and a new found confidence in leading a team and connecting with humans on another level across the globe.
