– Re-launched the first credit product ’On-Demand Salary’ on the app and increased the daily users availing loan to 200– Increased 2 month retention of a new user from 33% to 46% for the target group by creating a gamification feature– Increased number of accounts being created through referrals by 1.5x and number of users sharing referral link by 2.2x– Lead the integration of a no-code platform(Plotline) with the app to drive faster in-app implementation of experimentsBuilding a FinTech product is tough, but working there is cool! The best team & experience I have had so far :)

- Worked in the Clients Productivity Apps team while coordinating with the Clients App Platform, App Personalization & Listener's Service team and understanding their business and technical aspect to come up with right solutions.- Responsible for creating Business Analytics for Citrix Workspace Application for its Auto-update services.- Analyzed the Splunk Logs data for Auto update service using Akamai CDN (content delivery network) and came up with data points and metrics which can be utilized to understand the adoption of auto-update service by different clients globallyOh I can code as well!

- Solved various cases (Merger Research, Expansions, Branding, CSR, etc.) to help our clients gain competitive advantage by taking up Short Term Engagements in verticals including Fin-tech, Ed-Tech, FMCG & NGO’s.– Started with providing solutions to a Guwahati based IT Startup while recently delivered to Toppr(Valuation: 700 Cr).– Strengthened the team from 7 to 18 members in a period of 3 months.I still wish we showed more faith to make this into a corporate entity :)

-Started 3 new event verticals in the Annual Cultural festival: 1) Creators Camp: 13 Content creators from all over India attended the 3 days panel discussion to help the youth of North East India in starting their careers in the same field. 2) PolicyMaker: Started a social case study competition which aimed at helping the government frame better policies for the problems faced by Assam. 3) Informals: A separate gaming zone for the attendees of the fest.-Managed all the events held at the auditorium for the 4-day festival. Led a team of 12 in maintaining the proper schedule and arranging all materials required for the events.Hail Alcher!!!

Worked on 3 projects during the 2.5 months of work:– ClassBoard: Built this product from scratch to serve the purpose of an online class and combine it with the whole schooling experience. Coordinated with the tech and design team daily to create the product.– AMS: Coordinated with the tech team and researched for various analytics and insights to provide to users.– CamScanner: Worked with the tech team to identify easy to implement features and a less-click user journey to create a low sized app that can serve as an alternative for CamScanner after the ban was announced.Applied for a software intern, got introduced to PM!

Identified a market for campus merchandise among the new incoming batches and successfully delivered around 500 orders (~70% of the batch ) while gaining an ROI of 75% on each sale.Good money earned for all the booze in 3rd semester :)

Looking back, this was probably my first startup and was built with 0 cost.Used the money earned for canteen Maggi!
