My role is to uncover opportunity at the intersection of customers, trends, sales and marketing. Once opportunities are identified, I assist our sales, operations and marketing teams to incorporate and leverage it in our various channels.In addition to gathering and organizing ideas from within our walls I also work with external partners to scan the horizon for new products, services and processes to incorporate into our employee-owned company.My engineering foundation is handy to find the story in the data and combine it with my passion for marketing to make that story come alive for the customer in a way that rises above the noise.Since joining Motz in 2010, I’ve made it a point to explore roles in sales, operations, marketing and R&D, giving me me a well-rounded view of business operations which is helpful as a member of our executive team.When I’m not exploring what’s possible at work, you might find me on the golf course, hitting the lake, pedaling some miles, helping my entrepreneurially spirited kids, exploring a new place with my wife or working on my 1958 Ford pickup.
