Being born and raised in Missouri where water is plentiful, I never thought about water much. I was able to drink and wash any time with the just the turn of a faucet handle. Inspiration to learn more about safe water, water conservation and the effects of water in the body came after living for a couple years without the luxury of instant access to clean water. Sales Support and Customer Service

I was responsible for scheduling exhibitors and promoting the St. Louis Farm and Power Equipment Show. In addition I performed general administrative duties.

I started my customer service career early. While still in high school, I worked as a telephone operator at Southwestern Bell Telephone, which is now AT&T. Over my 26 year career, I held a variety of customer service oriented positions in the business office call center and in medium and large business centers. I also performed as a project manager with account executives to implement what they sold.
