Responsible for the process of Consolidation of the financial information and for Financial Report disclosed to the management, and CMVM (the Lisbon Stock Exchange)4. I am responsible for the follow-up of the audit work carried out by Ernst & Young (EY), and currently by the Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) auditor. This includes monitoring and managing the relationship with auditors, discussing best accountancy practices applicable to the business. 5.
