Improve cooperation via visits back and forth between branches and French mother company for employees. Rebranding of BE and NL branches to ‘Cover’ to align and create a platform to support the CEO’s vision for global expansion of Cover.- Lead on change in system: on group level Dynamics is used whilst the entities are more in need of a projectmanagement software to manage their daily activities. Analysing activities in each entity to list synergies and differences in their actual process flows. Define standardized process flows together with MD's of each entity. Conduct anaylsis of PM software, find gaps and list costs for customization.- Support of moving Cover NL to new site: co-define warehouse lay-out, follow-up on preparation leaving old site and settling at new site.- Monitoring growth of BU via operational and strategic meetings at the entities.
