I am Ace Kelly, an Honors Fellow at the College of Charleston, class of '26. I'm a Public Health B.S. major, and I'd like to pursue medical school and a career in psychiatry with a focus on inpatient care. I've been involved in several research programs with several schools, all primarily focused on Public Health. I have received several awards and honors for my research, some including being selected as a South Carolina Representative for the 2023 Junior Academy of Sciences, 1st place for psychology research, and 2nd place for research paper writing by the South Carolina Junior Academy of Science Conference. I am currently the lead intern at Quest in Recovery, a wellness-related nonprofit in Charleston that has a large population of members recovering from substance abuse disorder, and I'm building and heading up their club at the College of Charleston, Quest on Campus. I've been trained in animal research and received several CITI Training certifications. I'm skilled with people and organization through my research, volunteer work, and career in general. I'm dedicated, a fast learner, and always happy to talk to people.
