PhD, Academic FCIPDAce V. Simpson is Director of the Center for Compassion Studies, New York and former Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, where he was the Director of Undergraduate Programmes and Director of Center for Compassionate and Inclusive Leadership. Ace has a keen interest in researching human well-being, flourishing and leadership his research has been published in top tier academic journals such as the Academy of Management Review and Journal of Management. Ace also supports organizations in cultivating organizational compassion as a positive approach to addressing issues of workplace bullying. Ace is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD) and co-author of Positive Organizational Behaviour (Routledge, 2020), Organizational Paradox Theory (Edward Elgar, 2021) among other publications.
