Operations team represented 400 team members; Multi-site plants located in Washington, Kansas, Connecticut and California.Created a scable production system which drove efficiently as volume grew. Productivity gains of 8+% per year. This system was standardized across all NA sites. Was later promoted to VP level to drive this same system globally.

This was a company turn-around assignment. Responsible for managing and driving major operational improvement in manufacturing, supply chain & twenty-five branch locations located through out the US & Canada. Additionally responsible for leading Quality Assurance, Lean Mfg/Six Sigma and Materials Management departments. Direct management of five Senior Managers and nearly 200 team members. • Successfully implemented manufacturing pull system & cut WIP by 75%.• Successfully implemented inventory reduction initiative & doubled the inventory turns.• Implemented company’s first Lean Mfg program. Eleven Kaizen events held in first year.• Reduced operations and manufacturing costs and increased cash flow by 35+%.
